Measure DInformation about the School Measure for the Parcel Tax. Measure CIn 2002 voters in MDUSD communities passed the Measure C Bond Initiative. Since that time the District has completed approximately $400 million dollars worth of improvements to facilities, fields, and infrastructure. Grand Jury Report, District ResponseOn March 30 the Contra Costa Grand Jury issued the report of an investigation, begun last July, of the District leadership.
