If kitchen use is requested, a
Request for Use of School Kitchen form must be completed in addition to the
use permit application and submitted directly to the Food Services office at the Dent Center. Please note that for kitchen use, a Food Services worker may be assigned and charges will be billed to the user group. A supply of Request for Use of School Kitchen forms may be obtained from the Food Services office (ext. 4124).
