Purchasing & Warehouse

On this page you will find a listing of excess furniture available at the Purchasing/Warehouse building or corresponding sites listed in the table below under "Site/Contact".  To obtain items on the list, please fill out a "General Pick-up Delivery Form" available on this site or in the front of the warehouse catalog. To avoid confusion,  include the record number listed on the first column with the description of those items requested.

Since the warehouse is limited in space, those sites with excess furniture can have their excess items posted on this site. To have your items posted please do the following:

1. On the “General Pick-up/Delivery Form” fill in the contact information in the top part of the form. This is so other sites can find out more information about the item(s) available.
2. Next, write for the quantity and a brief description for each item.
3. If you have a photograph of an item, please attach to email ( arnolda@mdusd.org ) as a 640 X 480 JPEG file. We will post it in the “Photo” column below. Delivery of items can be arranged between sites by also filling out the General Pick-up Delivery form.
