Intradistrict Transfer Information
These forms are for students who reside inside the MDUSD school boundaries requesting to transfer to another MDUSD district school.
Intradistrict transfers accepted October 1, 2012 - January 15, 2013 for the 2013-2014 school year. Forms submitted after January 15th, 2013 will be considered late.
The Lottery for Middle and High School Intradistrict Transfer Requests
will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 in Room 2 (Board Room) at
9:00 a.m. The Lottery is open to the public.

Transfer from an identified Program Improvement (PI) school to a non PI school (NCLB)
or
Transfer from an identified low achieving school to a school with a higher API (SBX5 4)

These forms are for students who reside outside of MDUSD school boundaries requesting a transfer to a MDUSD school or for those students who reside in the MDUSD school boundaries requesting a transfer to another School District.
Interdistrict transfers accepted starting February 15, 2013 for the 2013-2014 school year.
