New Facility Use Permit System Goes Live 

We’ve gone green! Effective July 1, 2009, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District is happy to announce the launch of the easy to use web-based Sharepoint program that enables the public, as well as all district staff, to request the use of facilities through the internet.  This system will make it easy for you to submit permit applications and track their status. Sharepoint provides an automated workflow system from application to final approval.  Access to enter a use permit is easy.  Just click the sidebar on “Permits” to start.

For information regarding fees or user guidelines, go to Departments, Administrative Services, Facility Usage.  Please Note:  As of July 1, 2009, all facility use permits will be processed through Maintenance & Operations, 1480 Gasoline Alley, Concord.  Contact: Pat King, at (925) 825-7440, Ext. 3804.
