Our Mission


The MDUSD Peer Coaching Program is dedicated to providing quality learning opportunities for every student by supporting educators and enhancing their skills and knowledge.


MDUSD Teacher Induction Support Program (TISP) is a job-embedded program that provides opportunities for eligible teachers to expand and deepen their teaching knowledge and skills while working towards obtaining a clear credential.  


Within this two year program, each Participating Teacher receives:

  • One-on-one support and guidance related to his/her professional goals from a highly trained Peer Coach.
  • A series of learning experiences based on the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.
  • Personalized support on requirements for clearing credential.
  • Ongoing opportunities to hone skills, knowledge, and abilities for becoming a reflective educator.
