A separate application form must be submitted for each position for which you are applying. Resumes and other documentation can be attached but may not be substituted for the official Mt. Diablo Unified School District application form. Some positions also may require a supplemental application.

All applications must be filed in the Personnel Office, 1936 Carlotta Drive, Concord, CA 94519-1397, no later than 4:00 p.m. on the final filing date listed on the job announcement bulletin. Late applications and incomplete application packets will be disqualified. The applicant is responsible for assuring that a mailed application is received in the Personnel Office by the filing deadline. Do not send applications to or contact the hiring department; inquiries are to be directed to the Personnel Office only.
