Purchasing

MDUSD has specific standards for most technology purchases.

It is important that all employees understand the options before submitting a purchase requisition. A decision-making flowchart is available to assist those who are making program-level technology purchasing decisions.  It is always recommended that the network technician for the site be keep in the loop on all technology purchases. In addition, please keep the Maintenance & Operations team in the loop on projects that may require facility upgrades, like proper electrical capacity for laptop carts or furniture for computer labs. Technology items must be purchased through the list of approved vendors below.
