Virtual Board Meeting information

During the Shelter in Place order related to COVID-19, our Governing Board meetings are being held virtually and are broadcast live through the Internet. A link to the broadcast is posted on this page on meeting days. Video recordings of past meetings are available below.

Public comments for virtual meetings may be submitted on the day of the meeting by leaving a voicemail at (801) 228-0093 or by emailing at BoardComments@mdusd.org. Comments received on meeting days will be entered into the public record.

Regular Board Meeting Information

You are invited to attend Board meetings and take an active role in the educational affairs of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. The Board appreciates your interest and participation. Your viewpoint is important in keeping our public schools responsive to the needs of the community.

Regular meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Dent Center, 1936 Carlotta Drive, Concord.

At each regular meeting, a citizen may address the Board for three minutes during the "Public Comment" portion of the meeting.  Prior to the start of the meeting, persons wishing to speak must complete a Request to Address the Board form. The forms are located at the receptionist's desk in the main lobby.

Board meetings are also broadcast on radio station KVHS 90.5. Go to the Electronic School Board web site to view and search all agendas starting with the September 22, 2009 Board meeting.
