Mt. Diablo Unified believes that all young people have the right to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, including gender discrimination.

Title IX now covers all forms of sex discrimination, including harassment, but it is best known for its impact to gender equity in athletics.

Title IX Class Action Notice and Updates

A class action notice was issued in the matter of J.D. et al v. Mt. Diablo Unified School District, Case No. 3:24-cv-00908-JD alleging gender discrimination at College Park High School.
