Alignment, Integration & Impact Assessment Subcommittee
Tasked with evaluating how AI platforms align with district strategic goals, curriculum standards, and instructional frameworks. They assess the impact of AI on instructional quality, staff efficiency, and student engagement by collecting data and stakeholder perspectives. The subcommittee provides guidance on integrating AI tools effectively within teaching and learning environments.
Data Privacy, Ethics & Trust Subcommittee
Charged with identifying and addressing ethical considerations, data privacy risks, and trust issues related to AI use in schools. This group engages stakeholders to understand concerns about data security and ethical use, monitors compliance with policies, and recommends best practices to safeguard privacy and build confidence in AI tools’ responsible use.
