CSU/UC Mathematics Diagnostic Testing Project (MDTP) Assessment

About

The diagnostic assessments are administered through the MDTP system.  The purpose of the MDTP is to promote and support student readiness and success in college math courses by providing diagnostic assessments aligned to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS).  The assessments are used to inform preparedness, readiness, and placement of students in courses that will best support students' academic needs in math.

Participation

All students in grades five through eight and high school students enrolled in math courses are eligible to take the assessments.
