Using 2020-2021 data, MDUSD was reidentified as significantly disproportionate in the identification of African American students as intellectually disabled.

In response, MDUSD created a CCEIS Plan, with six measurable outcomes, to address significant disproportionality within our district by identifying Focal Scholars and aligning our systems and supports to ensure they achieve success.
