Spotlight Teachers

Observing highly proficient, experienced teachers is an important component of MDUSD TISP.  Every participating teacher will have the opportunity to observe at least one teacher each school year they are enrolled in the program. Teachers who consistently welcome mentors and participating teachers into their classrooms as they model best practice are known as "Spotlight Teachers." Please join us in honoring and appreciating these teachers who volunteer their time and classrooms year after year.
