Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Mt. Diablo Unified School District partner with Aetna to offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all benefits-eligible employees. Aetna provides support for emotional well-being, daily life challenges, legal and financial matters, and access to online resources for both our members and their eligible dependents.

Emotional Well-Being Support
You can receive up to 8 counseling sessions per issue each year. In addition, Aetna is available 24/7 for immediate emotional support.

All services are confidential and accessible around the clock, 7 days a week.
