CHILD FIND ASSESSMENTS IN MDUSD
PRESCHOOL ASSESSMENT CENTER
If you have a child between the ages of 3-4 years old who is not yet old enough for transitional kindergarten who you suspect may have a disability, please contact the District enrollment center to register your child for the purposes of assessment.
All registration documents are uploaded into your online enrollment application.
Once you provide the documents listed above, the Enrollment Center will provide you with an exit ticket including a QR code and a URL to complete a Parent Questionnaire. This questionnaire provides us with essential information to determine what kind of evaluation your child needs. We can not move forward with an assessment until all documentation is complete.
Incomplete enrollment packages will delay the assessment process.
For additional information about the preschool assessment and services, please call 925-825-0144 or email strongs@mdusd.org.
We are pleased to be offering another Experience Dyslexia Simulation. This workshop provides hands on experiences that allow participants to experience some of the challenges and frustrations that people with language based learning disabilities face daily.
