Bridge Program

The BRIDGE Program is designed for students with significant cognitive disabilites aged 18-22 to continue their public education through Mt. Diablo Unified School District.  Each student's IEP provides a student centered plan for the reaching post-school goals.  

Activities include academic coursework aligned to California State Standards that will enable the student to earn an alternative high school diploma in accordance with Education Code 51225.31 and 51225.32. 

The program also offers community access, transportation training, independent living skills, job apprenticeships, site based business work opportunities and social/recreational events.

Registration and Data Validation Two Step Process

1)You will soon be able to complete Online Registration and Data Verification.  You will be receiving an email a few weeks before school starts with the information needed.  If you have any problems, please call our office. 

2) For NEW students only, please come to our office to submit proof of residency documentation. See links below for what you must bring:
