Meetings are held in person at the District Office. The meetings run from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

CAC meetings are open to all members of the public. We hope all parents, teachers, and students with an interest will attend.
CAC Meetings will be held in person. Viewers will have an opportunity to submit written comments via email to rogersrl@mdusd.org to be provided to executive board members at the meeting.

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) represents the special education community and advised the Board of Education. Join us and make a difference for our children.
The CAC meets monthly at the District office in the Board Room. Meetings are 7:00 pm-9:15pm. We also offer a zoom viewing only option.
The CAC is for any interested parent, friend, family or community member interested in special education. Additional membership information is available at the meetings.

Prior to applying, each applicant must attend two regular business meetings. Voting members will be nominated by the CAC. Applicants will be approved by the Board of Education.
Voting membership is for a period of two years. Membership will be renewed upon continued engagement, attendance and participation in the CAC.
Voting members shall attend monthly CAC meetings and agree to engage in civil conduct to support the activities of the CAC at all times, including online presence, in the best interests of special education students, families and programs.
