BHS Trainee: For 2nd year MFT or MSW students who want to work in schools. This is a 3 day a week position offering a stipend and will meet all supervision requirements. BHS Trainee’s will maintain a caseload of 6-12 students, provide case management and individual therapy, and learn how to bill Medi-Cal. 

 

BHS I: This position is for AMFT/ASW recent graduates. It is an entry level position within one of our Social Emotional Educational Collaborative (SEEC) programs. BHS I clinicians hold a caseload maximum of 6 clients. They receive individual supervision, group supervision and ongoing training from our SEEC Program Administrators. BHS I clinicians also receive ample support from the clinical team at their site. 

BHS II: Clinicians are eligible to apply to become BHS II clinicians when they are fully licensed or are within a year of licensure. BHS II can work within Social Emotional Educational Collaborative (SEEC) classrooms (holding a caseload of 9 clients), serve as site-based outpatient clinicians (holding a caseload of 15-20 clients), or work across sites in a hybrid role.

Experienced BHS II’s can advance their career in management by becoming a SEEC Program Administrator.
