MDUSD assigns neighborhood elementary, middle, and high schools based on street address. School Site Locator is intended to be used as a general guide to school assignments based upon address. The information provided by this tool is a guideline only and is not a binding determination of school assignments. Please contact the school directly for a final determination of your school assignment.

 

 Please use our School Site Locator enter your address, view the map, and note the exceptions below: 

 

  • Choice (Unassigned High School): When the high school is listed as "Choice (High School", after entering an address below, the student living on this street may attend a Mt. Diablo Unified high school of their choice. For the 2023-2024 school year, complete the online form located on the Unassigned High School Attendance Area webpage.  
     
  • Holbrook: Please see  feeder pattern information sheet.
     
  • Monte Gardens Elementary School is a neighborhood and district-wide school. Enrollment is open to students who reside in the Monte Gardens boundaries and students who reside in the MDUSD attendance boundaries. Please refer to Monte Gardens' website for more information.
     
  • Sequoia Elementary and Sequoia Middle School are district-wide schools. Enrollment is open to student who reside in the MDUSD attendance boundaries. Please refer to the Sequoia Elementary School's website and Sequoia Middle School's website for more information.
