Significant Disproportionality

USING THE 2020-2021 DATA, MDUSD WAS RE-IDENTIFIED AS SIGNIFICANTLY DISPROPORTIONATE IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS AS INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED.  

At the October 26, 2022 Board of Education meeting, the School Board approved the current CCEIS plan.  This plan has been submitted to the California Department of Education for approval and implementation.
